Find Record (1-2)

By Name (1-2-1)

You can search the saved record by entering the name of the

receiver. After entering the name, his/her location, phone number

and name will appear simultaneously on the screen. Then you

can send the call out to him/her by pressing key, or edit,

delete and move this record to phone book.

Add Record (1-3)

♦ After selecting this ‘Add Record’ function, you see a screen

asking you to enter the name of the receiver you desire to

add to the phone book.

♦ Key in the name and press . Then a screen appears

asking you to enter the phone number.

♦ Enter the number. If you want to enter an extension number,

press key for about a second. When “P” appears on

the screen, you can continue to enter the extension number.

When finished, press key. The phone will assign a location

for this receiver automatically.

♦ Press to confirm the location. A screen message “Record

saved” shows.

♦ If more records need to be saved, please repeat the steps

above to complete your recording.

Delete Record (1-4)

You can erase records which are no longer needed here. There are two

ways to delete the records:

Delete By Name (1-4-1)

After you key in the name or location of the record you wish to

delete, the information of the receiver will demonstrate on the
